I can't log in. What should I do?

In case the login fails, a dailog will pop up displaying an error message. Please make sure you typed your user name and password correctly. Name and password are case sensitive. In case the login does not proceed, contact your system administrator. Maybe your user account has been deactivated.

I have been away from my desk for a short time. Now, I get an error message.

Each login is limited in time. In other words, your login session is invalidated after a (predefined) certain period of time without user interaction. Thus, you will have to re-login. Please note that you have to restart your last image request. For a re-login, go back to the start page and enter your user name and password again.
